Please fill out the following information to activate your Filtrator warranty. Before submitting, please print a copy of this page for your records.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The Manufacturer, R.F. Hunter Co., Inc. of 113 Crosby Road, Ste #9, Dover, NH 03820, warrants to the initial purchaser of this
filter for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within one (1) year, R.F. Hunter Co., Inc. shall correct such nonconformity,
at its option, either by repairing any defective part or parts or by providing a replacement part.
The warranty shall ONLY apply if the purchaser can supply RF Hunter Co., Inc. with Proof of Purchase or if you fill out the warranty information online at www.rfhunter.com. The warranty shall NOT apply if the filter has been repaired or altered by anyone other than R.F. Hunter Co., Inc. Also, this warranty shall not apply to any filter subject to misuse due to negligence or accident, nor to any filter that is not operated in accordance with the printed instructions of R.F. Hunter Co., Inc.
Misuse due to negligence or not being operated in accordance with the printed instructions is defined, but not limited to such
acts as pulling the unit by the electrical cord, pulling the unit by the hose, cleaning the internal area of the pump with water, etc.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages, and the liability of R.F. Hunter Co., Inc. is limited to repairing or replacing
the filter in accordance with the stipulations contained in this warranty. NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
IS MADE, AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE ARE EXCLUDED.
